This Vegan Chocolate Pudding is so easy to make, it only takes 5 min!! And seriously only has 5 ingredients. I used to make a recipe similar to this years ago and had an inkling for it; whipped up a recipe and it tasted just as good as I used to remember. I really haven't eaten a lot of soy over the last 10 years, we all went a little crazy in the 90's with it. But I do like a little tofu now and then and this treat is especially one of those times. Plus it is grain-free.
Ingredients: 1 Package Silken Tofu 1/4c. Cocoa Powder 1/4c. Agave Syrup 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt 1 TBLS. Almond Butter Unsalted and Creamy* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1) Throw all in blender, and blend till smooth 2) Chill in Fridge for 1 Hour so it will firm up a bit more and then EAT!! * You can use salted almond butter if you want but you might want to eliminate the sea salt, also chunky is fine but it will have little bits in it even after you blend. Makes 4 Servings

This sounds really interesting! Love the idea of using tofu to thicken the pudding.

It is a mouth watering pudding. Every scoop of it has a different taste and it leveled in a good way that the person is inspired to eat it. This is very easy to make and takes a little time.
