Gluten Free Thanksgiving Menu and Recipes (Vegan Too!)
This year I wanted to share a Thanksgiving Menu with you. Most of these recipes are a unique take on the some of the classics, but also adding in some of my favorites like Wild Rice Dumplings-which I say are probably a version of what was maybe "truly" eaten on the very first Thanksgiving. Every recipe is really healthy but don't worry they are a couple desserts in there too! I literally make this whole menu, but feel free to make a couple recipes that stick out to you. I am a vegetarian so you won't find meat here...but I'm pretty sure that isn't the recipe you are looking for anyway!

Harvest Bread-This is a very hearty bread and it is one of my best gluten free recipes! This bread is packed with nutrition from the seeds and nuts that serve as the base for this bread.
Cranberry Pecan Green Beans Combining all the perfect Thanksgiving flavors in one dish- pecans, cranberries, and green beans! This recipe is also ridiculously simple and one of my favorite sides.
Creamy Carrot and Coriander Soup the flavors of coriander and carrot blend together perfectly in your mouth. It can be a meal all on its own, but it is very complimentary to any dish.
Wild Rice Dumplings These little guys are so delicious! Made with wild rice, shiitake mushrooms, peppers with a sesame oil dipping sauce
Pumpkin Pie Parfait: Layers of Candied Nuts, Maple Flakes, Pumpkin Filling, and Coconut cream you have never tasted anything so good!
Apple Crisp: warm layers of apples will just melt in your mouth upon the first bit. The delicate crunchiness of the topping fits perfectly with the sweet apples.
