This Love Potion Lemonade is no joke! The smell of rose in every sip will win anyone over, yes even men! This is one of my absolute favorite drinks to make, and especially lovely for Valentines Day or any love themed party. I usually double the recipe if I am making it for a party or event, cause it goes quite quickly. I'm pretty sure your heart is going to be bursting with joy after this drink!

Some Notes about the ingredients:
Stevia: This lemonade gets it sweet taste from Stevia. As some of you may know it can be hard to find a good sweetener to put in lemonade, that is why i am using liquid Stevia, technically not even a sugar, it is actually a herb and it's great for diabetics and anyone who wants to reduce sugar in their life. Make sure to use a liquid kind and not powered, the amounts vary drastically depending on what form you buy it in.
Beet Juice: Beet juice is what creates the coloring in this drink, so it is all natural. You won't need a juicer, just a way to grate your beet and then it is added to water.
Rose Water: I buy my Rose Water from a Middle-Eastern Store, you can also buy it at Persian Markets and Indian Markets. It is really inexpensive, usually just $2.50 for a whole bottle, which lasts forever because the water is so potent you only need to use a little at a time. You will see how a little goes a long way in this recipe.
Watch the video above to see how it's made
1/2c. Juiced Lemons (about 4-6 Lemons usually)
1/4 tsp. Liquid Stevia
1/4 tsp. Rose Water
4 1/2c. Water
1 TBLS. Beet Juice (made from 1/4 of a beet)
1) If you don't have a juicer to juice your beet then put your beet in either a food processor or high powered blender and blend till the beet is grated. Add grated beet to 1/2c. Water let sit for 5-10 min, then strain this makes a little bit more than you need so only use 1 TLBS or as much as you like for color. Your lemonade will not taste like beet
2) In a pitcher add all ingredients and stir. This lemonade keeps well for days in the fridge.
