I always say the most important thing you can do for you health is get in the kitchen and start cooking some amazing food! We take classes to learn to do all sorts of things in life, and cooking classes are a great essential to living any healthy lifestyle.
All my classes are gluten free and vegan. A lot of people feel challenged combining these two diets, but I show you how to make it easy breezy! Plus I know how many of my gluten free fans are also dairy free so its a great way to learn to be both!
