Hey, lovelies! Whether you're following a gluten-free vegan diet or just looking to add some healthy options to your meals, I've got you covered with my shopping list of must-have gluten-free vegan items. So grab your cart and let's get shopping!

First up, let's start with the grains. Gluten-free grains like quinoa, brown rice, and millet are a great source of carbohydrates and protein. They're versatile and can be used in everything from salads to stir-fries. And don't forget about gluten-free pasta and bread for those carb cravings.
Next, let's talk about protein. Tofu and tempeh are staples in any vegan diet, and they're both gluten-free. Chickpeas and lentils are also great sources of protein and can be used in everything from soups to curries. And don't forget about nuts and seeds like almonds, cashews, and chia seeds. They're a great snack and can be added to smoothies, salads, and more.

For dairy alternatives, there are plenty of gluten-free vegan options out there. Almond milk, coconut milk, and hemp milk are all great choices. And don't forget about vegan cheese and yogurt alternatives made from nuts or soy.

Next, let's talk about fruits and vegetables. They're the backbone of any healthy diet, and luckily, they're all gluten-free and vegan. Load up on fresh produce like leafy greens, berries, apples, and carrots. And don't forget about frozen options for when fresh produce is out of season.
Finally, let's talk about snacks and treats. There are plenty of gluten-free vegan options out there, including granola bars, popcorn, and dark chocolate. And don't forget about vegan ice cream alternatives made from coconut milk or almond milk.
