Gluten Free & Vegan Thai Dinner Party

I am so excited to be bringing you my first public event in almost 6 years!! If you follow me on insta you know that I am officially re-launching Gluten Free With Emily here in Nashville. I can't wait to bring you dinner parties, tea parties, sober curious gatherings, cooking classes, and other curiosity-driven experiences and collaborations!!

First up is my Gluten Free & Vegan Rooftop Thai Dinner Party on Saturday, September 7th at 5:30pm in The Gulch.

I will be serving a 4 Course Dinner including Dessert and lots of yummy drinks.

Thai Dinner Party Menu 
Starters:

• Tofu, Pineapple, and Veggie Satay Skewers
  Grilled skewers with marinated tofu, juicy pineapple chunks, and a colorful array of vegetables, served with a creamy sauce.
• Pad-Thai Spring Rolls
  Fresh spring rolls filled with Pad-Thai-inspired vegetables and noodles, served with a tangy dipping sauce.

Main Course:

• Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice
  A rich and aromatic green curry featuring a medley of vegetables and chickpeas, paired with fluffy Jasmine rice.

Dessert:

• Vegan Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
  A decadent cheesecake made with three types of chocolate, dairy-free and indulgently smooth.
